The steering stub bearings had some play in them so it was time to replace them.

When I removed the top yoke I noticed the steering stem adjustment lock washer was missing and the adjuster had loosened which was giving the movement in the bearings.
I went ahead and replaced them anyway.

Forks are fitted back on the bike now, i'm waiting for a new front disc to replace the warped one to arrive before I can test the new springs.
